my story
My career as a display artist and visual merchandiser started in Amsterdam, even won some awards for my work. Was responsible for the images and visuals of the International fashion house Esprit in the 80´s and 90's.
Moved to the Pacific Islands of Fiji
living an island life.
The Designer
Designing interiors for boutique hotels, resorts private homes and offices.Moved to the Balearic island Mallorca designing coastal living accessories with the accent on up-cycling materials, all items I create are handmade with an eye for details.
The sail bags are made from recycled sailcloth and outdoor materials which may be distressed, marked as a result of its previous life. The bags are a one of a kind no mass production.The materials are sailcloth, spinnaker, Dacron, canvas, leather, faux leather exterior and interior fabrics from the yacht industry on Mallorca.
Every item is handcrafted,fabrics and lining are over locked, I use quality zippers ,leather handles and messing/brass or stainless steel hardware.
